Last spring, the Novatech product managers drove more than 5000 km across Canada over the course of three weeks, in order to meet their customers and their retailer specialists, to conduct market analysis in an efficient manner.
As a result of the comments and opinions of the customers we met, we are presently developing products to respond to customer needs and market trends. The 2010 Novatech collection will be based on the results of this “roadshow”.
