Raymond Ouellette, President of Novatech Group Inc. (Novatech) and Jean Champagne, President of Résiver Patio Doors Inc. (Résiver), are proud to announce today that Résiver, a Beauceville company specializing in patio doors since 1993, is joining Novatech.
This transaction is the result of a carefully thought-out and thorough process that will enable the two businesses to combine their knowledge and expertise to meet the needs of their clientele with even greater efficiency.
Both companies sell their products exclusively to window manufacturers and door assemblers. Their mission is to provide value-added door products to complete their customers’ product lines.
“This acquisition is evidence of the great respect we have for the exceptional talent of the Résiver team and an added asset for Novatech. The transaction we are announcing today reflects our intention to be a leader in the door industry. It will also make it possible for the Sainte-Julie and Saint-Agapit plants to provide patio door components to Résiver,” declared Raymond Ouellette.
“This association paves the way for new opportunities and inspiring possibilities and challenges for our employees, while providing a means to benefit from attractive synergies with Novatech,” stated Jean Champagne.
